Décor Jewelry will make a full refund for items in original unworn condition that are returned to our store within 10 days from date of delivery. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com in order to start the return process. In your email, please include your name & phone number where you can be reached.
This return policy does not apply to clearance items or items that have been worn, altered, repaired, modified, sized, or damaged. Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded and you must ship items back to us fully insured and in original unworn condition with all accompanying paperwork, certificates, boxes, etc.

We offer FREE UPS shipping on any purchase of $2000 or more.
We ship Monday-Friday through UPS or USPS. All shipments require an adult signature upon receipt & are fully insured. Your order will be shipped out as soon as possible - usually within 2-3 days but if you need something delivered on a specific day or held at a local USPS/UPS pickup facility, please reach out to us at 314-207-4379 or firstname.lastname@example.org & let us know how we can help!
Shipping rates start at $8 for purchases under $100 & vary depending on the shipment value and shipment method chosen.
Décor will make a full refund for merchandise returned to our store within 7 days from date of purchase. For items returned after 7 days from date of purchase but less than 30 days we will make an even exchange for Décor merchandise. An original receipt is required in both instances. This policy does not apply to trade-ins, watches, special orders and custom design work. It does not apply to Décor items that have been altered or repaired by another jeweler nor does it apply to merchandise that has been damaged.
Fine jewelry repair needs can arise over time, & you can always ship your items to us for a repair estimate - or if you're local, feel free to bring them into our St. Louis store - located at 13476 Olive Boulevard, in Chesterfield, MO. If you ship your items, please include your name, address, phone number, & email address & make sure to properly insure your shipment with the carrier you choose. Upon receipt of your package, our master in-house jeweler will evaluate your items and we will provide you with a quote for any necessary repair work.
