Arlene has been at Décor since 1996. She is certified in Diamond Grading by the Gemological Institute of America. In addition to being an exceptional leader & role model for our staff, she is a great listener who knows how to sympathize and empathize with whomever she’s talking to. Arlene definitely loves what she does, and it shows. She also takes the time to personally evaluate each and every diamond that comes through our store. Arlene enjoys spending time with her husband, awesome children, and the most lovable sweetest grandson ever.
